Causes of Exam Phobia:

It is stated that exam phobia is something that is very much related to the surrounding, biological condition and environment in which a student grows. Some of the factors like anxiety towards facing examination, creating a lot of pressure on oneself, excess pressure from parents and teachers, not preparing well for the examination can contribute towards examination phobia. This means that when you get some useful exam preparation tips from your teachers, parents or your seniors, you can somewhat manage the phobia. You will be in a position to get some useful tips on how to prepare for the exam over the web these days and you can also get the help of education counselors in this regard. The most important thing here is that you should plan for your examinations in advance, which will put you in a better position to manage fear.

Tips to Overcome Exam Phobia:

As mentioned earlier, preparing well is the main key here. It is essential that you should formulate and plan the right strategies for your studies. Certain things like making a routine and sticking to it, in the long run, will help to a great extent. In addition, you are recommended to choose the right place for your studies, which is free from disturbances and distractions. But, when you cannot stick to it, do not stress yourself. Your timetable should be flexible enough to make some changes as and when needed. Also, do not forget to take some breaks in between studies to relax. In-between breaks are stated to be one of the most important exam preparation tips from experts. You should also know what to do one day before the examination.

Time is the key when it comes to dealing with exam phobia. Also, positive thoughts right from the preparation process are essential until you complete your examinations and also until your exam results arrive. Also, at the time of examination, you should have the right level of confidence and remember to keep your panic at bay. Remember to read the question paper carefully and giving the right number for the answers is something highly important. In addition, answer the questions that you find easier and this will improve your confidence level to a great extent at the time of examination. If possible, you can attempt mock tests to improve your confidence level to face the examination. It will help with overcoming anxiety to a great extent. Also, seek the support of your parents to boost your confidence level to a great extent. More than preparation, self-confidence is also important to face the examination.

Yes, a minimum of 75% of the selection of students should be done from rural areas, while an utmost 25% of seats should be filled by students from urban areas, Also, 33% of the total seats are reserved for girls, if your child is studying in good school of Pondicherry, can clear the exam.

Hii, As you are from Mirzapur, I would like to tell you Only candidates from the districts where a JNV school is present can apply to the test, Those applying for the test must be doing their class V in a government or government-aided school or even from a school under open schooling system, Also, the applicants must be between the age group of 9 and 13 years.
